Your photos
Only upload photos of a car you took yourself or are allowed to use. Crop out people's faces and readable number plates you don't want shown. Don't upload anything sexual, violent or showing anyone under 18, and don't use the service to impersonate, harass or deceive anyone (for example faking a crash or a car you don't own for a sale). We may refuse or remove content that breaks these rules.
Payments, video credits and refunds
Packs of 1, 3 or 10 videos are one-time purchases; there is no subscription. Each pack gives you that many video credits (one credit makes one video). Credits don't expire and are tied to your private pack link rather than an account, so keep that link. If a generation fails, its credit is returned automatically. If a video finishes but doesn't look like your car, rate it “Needs work” on its result page and a real person follows up by email. If we can't deliver a video at all, email us for a refund of the unused credits. AI output varies; we can't guarantee every badge, wheel or detail of your car is perfect in every video.
Your video
You may use your videos for personal, social media and commercial marketing — including promoting your own brand or shop — as long as you have the rights to every photo you upload and everyone shown has agreed. Videos are silent: any music you add is your responsibility, and business accounts should use licensed audio (for example TikTok's Commercial Music Library). Car names, badges and designs belong to their makers: don't suggest a car maker endorses your video. Videos are AI-generated: label them as such and don't present them as real footage. We claim no ownership of your videos and don't promise they can be registered or protected as your own copyright.
